The Cool Roof guarantees that there will be a decrease in interior temperature once the roof paint coating is applied. We will take temperature readings inside and outside the building prior to applying the coating and we will take the same readings after the coating has been applied. These temperature readings to be taken during the day, in sunny conditions, with a minimum outside temperature of 25C.
If the difference between the outside and inside readings has not increased, we will be happy to refund the cost of the work.
